Alex Calvosa
Senior Associate Alex focuses on analysis, modelling and investment and development appraisals. He is experienced in private equity and real estate from various roles in South African based real estate and asset backed debt funds.
Alex Forsyth Investment Associate Alex focuses on underwriting new opportunities for the Active Value team, in particular targeting European Industrial Service Facility (ISF) assets. He is experienced in managing investment in land and commercial real estate from deal origination through to exit.
